Dear all at Experience Holidays.
First of all can we once again thank you for reorganising our itinerary at such short notice.
Having been alarmed by the reports of the Somali troubles in Kenya I am sure that you understood our apprehension.
However once we were there we are glad to report that at no time did we feel in any way unsafe.
The people were very kind and courteous and we had an amazing time.
The staff of the ground handlers who collected us from the airport and then were there each time we needed transfers were without exception always on time and very helpful giving us additional information as we asked for it. We would highly recommend them.
The Lodge at Serena Mara was all and more that we could ask for and we loved getting to know the place, the staff and the surrounding area.
We saw a huge range of animals and birds, the drivers at the lodge were very knowledgeable about all the wildlife.
We had an incredible breakfast by the Mara River and the food generally was excellent, concluding with the Kwaheri cake on our last morning!
We can’t wait to go again!
