Namibia sits quietly on the western coast of Southern Africa, bordered by South Africa to the south, Botswana to the east and Angola to the north. At roughly four times the size of the UK and with less than 2 million population, one thing you are not going to find in Namibia is crowds!! Namibia is about superlatives, the oldest desert, the highest dune, the largest meteorite and 25% of the world's cheetah population.
With daily flights via Johannesburg or Frankfurt, Namibia is accessible and waiting as a year round destination. It is also a perfect choice for an adrenalin pumping family holiday with a wide variety of activities on offer. Wildlife too, should not be missed – the harsh desert habitats are home to dozens of creatures both large and small – searching out the water and food... and nothing compares to the scenery – dry, rugged, rocky, magnificent!
